Each participant is eligible to bring 1 guest at no charge.
Additional guests may attend for $5 per person. NO CHILDREN (under 16)).
Advance Registration Is Required By June 28, 2019!

Who Can Participate: Individuals, 16 and older, with spinal cord injuries,, spinal cord diseases and amputations. To participate in water sports you must be at least one-year post diagnosis.

If you are not 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must sign a release form and attend the event with you.

How to Register: Complete and sign the DATL Registration and Release Forms. Return the forms by June 28, 2019, or register online https://abilitykc.org/events/day-at-the-lake/

The number of participants we are able to accommodate is limited. Priority registration will be given to individuals with spinal cord injuries.

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
