Autism Works

Autism Works Inc is a non-profit organization where dedicated parents, volunteers and staff come together to bring support and programs to families whose lives are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Autism Works was founded in 2010 by a group of parents who realized there was a lack of support and programs available in the Northland and surrounding communities. With the help of founder Jamie Krisman, they decided to make a difference and created Autism Works. Our organization works closely with families and the local community to increase autism awareness and develop programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

We have a range of programs and activities for those on the spectrum and those that care for them.

Young Adults Cooking Class

What’s Cooking? Join our young adults ages 18-29 as we work together in the kitchen. It’s a great way to increase your cooking skills and confidence in the kitchen while enjoying a great meal with friends too!

Cost: $40 (includes instruction, hands-on cooking experience, your meal and a take home recipe complete with the shopping list).
